The TX-AC1-320V-40-T2 (SUPREME) is a high-efficiency surge protection device (SPD) engineered for single-phase AC power systems, protecting electrical installations from voltage transients and lightning-induced surges. Designed to conform to IEC 61643-11, this Type 2 SPD features advanced hybrid technology (Varistor + GDT), delivering fast response and enhanced protection with a low residual voltage level. Its compact DIN rail design makes it perfect for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
• Max. Continuous Operating Voltage (Uc):
320VAC – Optimized for standard 230V/240V single-phase power systems, ensuring seamless integration without overvoltage tripping.
• Surge Protection Performance:
- Max. Discharge Current (Imax): 40kA (8/20 µs) – Provides protection against severe surge events like indirect lightning strikes.
- Nominal Discharge Current (In): 20kA (8/20 µs) – Handles frequent power surges and switching transients reliably.
• Voltage Protection Level (Up):
